PM to lay foundation stone & inaugurate new projects in Kerala

Trivandrum: The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone/dedicate to the nation the redevelopment of 554 railway stations under the Amrit Bharat Stations Scheme and 1,500 Road over Bridges and Road under Bridges on 26th February 2024 through video conferencing.

There are 35 projects under the Thiruvananthapuram division and 30 projects in Palakkad railway division. Some of the projects in Kerala are:

Thrissur District

Laying the foundation stone for –

  1. Thrissur Railway Station redevelopment work
  2. Guruvayur Railway Station redevelopment work
  3. ROB 15 Velukutty Gate (Thirur-Attoor Road)

Ernakulam District

Laying the foundation stone for –

  1. Subway 59A Karukutty Gate(Moozhikkulam-Vattakadavu Road)
  2. ROB 11 Kureekkad Gate (Thrippunithura-Kureekad)
  3. ROB 69A Vaduthala (Ernakulam)

Alappuzha District

Laying the foundation stone for –

  1. Chengannur Railway Station redevelopment work
  2. ROB 115 Thripakudam Gate (Haripad-Veeyapuram)
  3. ROB 149 Kakkanad Gate (Kayamkulam-Chettikulangara)
  4. ROB 41 Krishnapuram Gate (Kayamkulam-Chettikulangara)
  5. ROB 28 Mavelikara Kallumala Gate (Mavelikara-Kattanam)
  6. ROB 128 Kavala Gate (Mavelikara-Kavala)

  3. ROB 50 Chittumoola Gate (Thazhava-Puthiyakavu)
  4. ROB 61 Mynagapally Box Gate (Karuanagapally-Sasthankotta)
  5. ROB 545 Poleyathode Gate (Poleyathode – Mundakkal).
